Topic for preliminary round 1 will publish today, so all of you have a week to
prepare it.
Don't forget, each participant must hand over three hardcopies of the speech to the judges and send the softcopy via email to efec.unsoed@gmail.com before re-registration process on November, 20th 2011 at 7 a.m.
And the Topic is our Theme: "DRIVE YOUR ENDLESS MIND TO BE EXCELLENT"
